Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf. We repair these appliances; we do not represent the manufacturer.
How soon can you look at my oven in Mesa?
Most Mesa calls are booked same or next day. We are open 7 days a week, 9am – 6pm on (602) 905-4133.
What goes wrong with a Wolf oven most often?
RTD temperature sensor resistance cold, against specification is where we start, and it is the answer more often than anything else. The full list of what we are called out for is on this page.
Can you fix a oven in one visit?
Usually. We carry the common oven failures on the van; igniter draw in amps, because a weak igniter still glows is the one that occasionally needs a part ordered, and we tell you the wait before you commit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs are backed by up to a year on parts and labor, and we confirm the exact coverage for your repair before we start.
What parts do you use?
Professional-grade replacement parts selected for your specific appliance and model. The common failures are carried on the van, which is why most calls close in a single visit.
What do you check before quoting anything?
The sequence on this page, in order. On a oven that means convection motor, blower wheel and the baffle behind it before any part is named, because guessing at the expensive component is how one visit becomes two.
Can you repair an out-of-warranty Wolf oven?
Yes — most of what we do is on units past the manufacturer's warranty. If yours is still covered we will say so, because they should carry that cost rather than you.
Do you work on older Wolf ovens?
Yes, and they are often the ones most worth repairing. The mechanical side of these outlasts the electronics by years, so an older unit with a failed board is usually worth the board.
