There is a flat $99 service call and diagnostic fee for the visit. You get the diagnosis and the price together in writing before any work begins, and you decide at that point with no obligation to proceed.

How soon can you look at my ice maker?
We cover 567 cities through 11 metro teams, each with its own direct number. Most appointments are same or next day; call and we will tell you the next slot for your address.
What parts do you use?
Professional-grade replacement parts selected for your specific appliance and model. The common failures are carried on the van, which is why most calls close in a single visit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs are backed by up to a year on parts and labor, and we confirm the exact coverage for your repair before we start.
Do you work on built-in and integrated ice makers?
Yes. Built-in, integrated and panel-ready installations are the bulk of what we do, including units that have to come out of a cutout before the work can start.
Can you repair an out-of-warranty ice maker?
Yes — most of what we do is on units past the manufacturer's warranty. If yours is still covered we will say so, because the manufacturer should carry that cost rather than you.
How long does a ice maker repair take?
Most calls finish in a single visit once the fault is confirmed. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the wait before you commit to anything.
What if my ice maker is not worth repairing?
We tell you. If the cost of the repair approaches what the unit is worth, that goes in the quote and you can decline having paid only the service call.
