No. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador. We repair these appliances; we do not represent the manufacturer.

How much does Thermador repair cost?
There is a flat $99 service call and diagnostic fee for the visit. You get the diagnosis and the price together in writing before any work begins, and you decide at that point with no obligation to proceed.
How soon can someone look at my Thermador?

What parts do you use?

Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs are backed by up to a year on parts and labor, and we confirm the exact coverage for your repair before we start.
Can you repair an out-of-warranty Thermador appliance?
Yes — most of what we do is on units past the manufacturer's warranty. If yours is still covered we will say so, because the manufacturer should carry that cost rather than you.
Do you work on older Thermador models?
Yes. Older Thermador units are often the ones most worth repairing: the cabinet and the sealed system routinely outlast the electronics by years.
