Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf. We repair these appliances; we do not represent the manufacturer.
Do you need the model number before you come out?
It helps and it is not required. It lets us put the likely parts on the van for the first visit, which is often the difference between one trip and two.
What if you find a second fault while you are here?
We price it separately and you decide separately. Nothing beyond what you agreed to gets done without you saying so.
Do you cover the rest of the Solana Beach area?
Yes. Solana Beach and the surrounding cities run off the same dispatch and the same number. Call (619) 376-6047 if you are not sure your address is in range.
What else do you check on a microwave while you are there?
Turntable or stirrer drive, for uneven heating, and drawer slide, latch and harness on the drawer models. Both are quick, both are common, and catching them on the same visit saves a second call-out.
How much does Wolf microwave repair cost in Solana Beach?
There is a flat $99 service call and diagnostic fee for the visit. You get the diagnosis and the price together in writing before any work begins, and you decide at that point with no obligation to proceed.
How soon can you look at my microwave in Solana Beach?
Most Solana Beach calls are booked same or next day. We are open 7 days a week, 9am – 6pm on (619) 376-6047.
What goes wrong with a Wolf microwave most often?
Door interlock switches first, always, before the cabinet opens is where we start, and it is the answer more often than anything else. The full list of what we are called out for is on this page.
Can you fix a microwave in one visit?
Usually. We carry the common microwave failures on the van; high-voltage capacitor discharged, then diode and magnetron is the one that occasionally needs a part ordered, and we tell you the wait before you commit.
