Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf. We repair these appliances; we do not represent the manufacturer.
Can you repair an out-of-warranty Wolf microwave?
Yes — most of what we do is on units past the manufacturer's warranty. If yours is still covered we will say so, because they should carry that cost rather than you.
Do you work on older Wolf microwaves?
Yes, and they are often the ones most worth repairing. The mechanical side of these outlasts the electronics by years, so an older unit with a failed board is usually worth the board.
How long does a microwave repair take?
Most calls finish in one visit once the fault is confirmed. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the wait before you commit to anything.
Is it worth repairing this microwave or replacing it?
We tell you honestly, with the quote. If the repair approaches what the appliance is worth we say so — on professional-grade equipment it rarely does, because the cabinet and the mechanics outlive the controls.
Do you need the model number before you come out?
It helps and it is not required. It lets us put the likely parts on the van for the first visit, which is often the difference between one trip and two.
What if you find a second fault while you are here?
We price it separately and you decide separately. Nothing beyond what you agreed to gets done without you saying so.
Do you cover the rest of the North Fair Oaks area?
Yes. North Fair Oaks and the surrounding cities run off the same dispatch and the same number. Call (669) 266-0165 if you are not sure your address is in range.
What else do you check on a microwave while you are there?
Turntable or stirrer drive, for uneven heating, and drawer slide, latch and harness on the drawer models. Both are quick, both are common, and catching them on the same visit saves a second call-out.
