Why Choose Our Technicians in The Bronx

Two technicians in The Bronx who see Wolf cooking equipment daily beat four who see it twice a year. That is the entire reason this is a specialist call.

One number for the whole kitchenThe same dispatch covers the cooking and the refrigeration side, so a kitchen with two faults does not become two separate appointments.
Gas work, not general appliance workWe carry a manometer and test supply pressure and combustion, because a range that will not light is a fuel and ignition problem before it is a parts problem.
Ovens calibrated, not guessed atAn oven reading thirty degrees off is a sensor or an offset. Both are measurable, and measuring is cheaper than replacing.
A quote before the workYou get the diagnosis and the price together, in writing, with no obligation to go ahead.

Wolf Repair in The Bronx — Questions

Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent repair company and not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador or any other manufacturer. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's warranty we will tell you, because they should carry that cost rather than you.
The oven worked until I ran a self-clean. Now it is dead.
That is a known pattern rather than a coincidence. Self-clean drives the cavity hot enough to take out the thermal fuse, and sometimes the relay board with it. Both are repairable, and both are cheaper than the oven.
Can you match the oven back to a thermometer reading?
Yes. We check the sensor against actual cavity temperature at temperature, then set the calibration offset. That is a different job from replacing a sensor, and often the only one needed.
Do I need to be home for the whole visit in The Bronx?
Someone needs to let us in and be there for the quote, since nothing is done without your go-ahead. Most The Bronx visits run about an hour once the fault is confirmed.
What if the part is discontinued?
We tell you before you spend anything. On cooking equipment the gas train and burners are usually still available long after the electronics are not, so the answer depends on which half has failed.
Do you work on the microwave drawer?
Yes. The drawer models fail differently from a built-in — the slide, the latch and the harness take the wear, and the interlocks are checked first on any microwave before the cabinet is opened.
How much does Wolf range or oven repair cost in The Bronx?
A flat $99 service call and diagnostic fee covers the visit and a full diagnosis. You get an itemised written quote before any work begins, and you decide then.
My Wolf burner clicks but will not light. What is it?
Usually the spark electrode or the module driving it, not the burner. A cracked electrode ceramic, a fouled gap or a failed spark module all produce exactly that symptom. It is also worth ruling out low gas pressure before anything is replaced.
My oven says 350 but bakes like 320. Can that be fixed?
Yes, and it is one of the more common calls. It is normally the RTD temperature sensor drifting out of specification, or a calibration offset. Both are measurable, and neither means a new oven.
