My oven says 350 but bakes like 320. Can that be fixed?
Yes, and it is one of the more common calls. It is normally the RTD temperature sensor drifting out of specification, or a calibration offset. Both are measurable, and neither means a new oven.
Do you work on Wolf wall ovens and steam ovens as well as ranges?
