Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent repair company and not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador or any other manufacturer. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's warranty we will tell you, because they should carry that cost rather than you.
How soon can you get to me in Las Vegas?

Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — up to one year on parts and labor, on the work we carried out.
Can you repair an older Wolf range?
Usually, and it is often the better call. The burners, the cabinet and the gas train on these outlast the electronics by years, so a twenty-year-old range with a failed control board is normally worth the board.
Do you service the hood over the range too?
Yes, and it is worth doing on the same visit. A hood that has lost airflow is usually a blower wheel packed with grease, worn motor bearings or a damper stuck at the wall cap — not a failed motor.
My induction cooktop shuts off mid-cook. Why?
Almost always thermal protection doing its job: the cooling fan or its intake is blocked, so the electronics under the glass overheat and back off. A cracked coil or a failed power board are the less common causes.
The oven worked until I ran a self-clean. Now it is dead.
That is a known pattern rather than a coincidence. Self-clean drives the cavity hot enough to take out the thermal fuse, and sometimes the relay board with it. Both are repairable, and both are cheaper than the oven.
Can you match the oven back to a thermometer reading?
Yes. We check the sensor against actual cavity temperature at temperature, then set the calibration offset. That is a different job from replacing a sensor, and often the only one needed.
Do I need to be home for the whole visit in Las Vegas?
Someone needs to let us in and be there for the quote, since nothing is done without your go-ahead. Most Las Vegas visits run about an hour once the fault is confirmed.
