No. We are an independent repair company and not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador or any other manufacturer. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's warranty we will tell you, because they should carry that cost rather than you.
My Viking range burner will not stay lit. What is it?
On the models with automatic re-ignition that is usually the SureSpark module or its electrode rather than the burner itself. On the others it is more often a thermocouple or flame sensor, or simply low manifold pressure. All three are testable.
My Viking refrigerator is warm but the compressor is running.
That points at airflow or the sealed system, not the compressor. We check the evaporator for frost coverage, the condenser fan and the coils, and the temperature sensors against actual cabinet temperature before anyone talks about a recharge.
The oven runs cooler than it reads. Can that be corrected?
Yes, and it is one of the more common calls. Normally the temperature sensor has drifted out of specification or the calibration offset needs setting. Both are measurable and neither means a new oven.
