That points at airflow or the sealed system, not the compressor. We check the evaporator for frost coverage, the condenser fan and the coils, and the temperature sensors against actual cabinet temperature before anyone talks about a recharge.
The oven runs cooler than it reads. Can that be corrected?
Yes, and it is one of the more common calls. Normally the temperature sensor has drifted out of specification or the calibration offset needs setting. Both are measurable and neither means a new oven.
